Westwood Lakes Build!

Works have been completed on the 300SqM ‘Mallard’ building sited at Westwood Lakes.

This is a very impressive building and contains 2 Bed & Breakfast rooms and a very spacious lounge bar. The bar is being installed by a specialist contractor and the building will be opened during March 2016.

We went for a timber framed building for ‘The Mallard’, and used a maintenance free timber effect cladding for the exterior. We also used non slip decking for the landings, walkways, ramps and outside seating area – all with LED decklights!

The balustrade around the outside seating area is artificial hedging and looks brilliant!
