This extremely versatile building is our third project for a repeat client. The brief was for us to provide a fully customisable structure with minimal ongoing maintenance.
The building was therefore designed so that internal walls can be removed without affecting the structural integrity, and the maintenance costs will be kept very low due to the type of cladding used. Its purpose is as a rental unit for an angling club, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate meeting room and toilets.
The setting overlooking the lake is something else!
