I needed a building that was pleasing to the eye and served as office, kitchen, disabled toilet, toilet and shower and tractor store but also created a break between Agricultural buildings and what will hopefully be a house in years to come.
I shopped around and what Lee and I came up with fitted the bill better than other methods. We agreed a final price which was not the cheapest but offered the best value for money.
Lee’s supplier for timber has been first class and the subcontractors he has used so far have been of the same standard; there have been the odd grey areas which have been easily sorted on site. Obviously not had final bill yet but on the way he has handled things so far I do not foresee a problem. Many thanks.
